An impressive private villa, Villa Emeralda offers guests a wonderful location in northern Sardinia, Porto Rotondo, well known as Smeralda coast. Technology and great comfort make this villa very special, apart from the area in which it is situated, immersed in the countryside along with other villas on one of the most exclusive coastlines. There is private access directly from the villa to the beach, 150 metres away. The beaches in Italy are never privately owned but in this case the only people using this beach are guests of Villa Emeralda and other occasional guests of the nearby villas. The well maintained garden, slopes gently towards the swimming pool, which is equipped with a swim against the current system and is heated by solar panels which allow the temperature to rise 4 ° or 5 ° C higher than the environment. An outdoor kitchen area with barbecue, built in granite table and benches is close to the pool. The large open-plan living/dining area is simply, but stylishly decorated with light coloured, modern furnishings and terracotta tiles throughout. In particular, the dining area is very light thanks to a large window which extends nearly the whole wall and allows you to admire the sea from indoors. This room opens onto a large terrace with outdoor sitting and dining area with views towards the sea and garden. The property has sheltered parking for 4 cars and a private gym, a personal trainer can be arranged on request. A car, Kia Carnival, 7 seats with full insurance coverage and unlimited mileage is available and included in the weekly rate.

Hibiscus Villa is a luxurious new home designed to enjoy Caribbean living inside and out in lovely, unspoiled Grenada. The villa is beautifully designed and furnished with tropical-style décor and architecture. Outside, the villa has spacious terraces and a large saline pool. Spectacular views of the ocean, bay and mountains can be seen inside and out. Guests at Hibiscus Villa can enjoy relaxed, luxurious Caribbean living in their own private villa.

Hibiscus Villa is ideal for groups, families, couples and honeymooners – private and romantic. The first 3 guests so far at the new villa (finished Summer 2009) all used the same word – “fabulous!”

Hibiscus Villa’s main floor has a large, open living area with three sets of French doors open to the terrace, allowing guests to enjoy the spectacular views right from the villa. As the owner’s hobby is gourmet cooking, the spacious kitchen is well outfitted. A dining table seats eight.

There are two master bedrooms, each with a king bed and French doors opening to its own deck to enjoy the beautiful views, and at opposite ends of the house for privacy. The third bedroom has a queen bed. All three bedrooms have a full private bath, ceiling fan, and a.c., and are upstairs from the living area – private and quiet. A day bed and trundle in the study provides additional beds for older children or smaller adults.

Hibiscus Villa has a spacious outdoor terrace of lovely coral stone with a large (32’) saline pool, both sunny and shaded areas, and privacy from neighbors. It is comfortably furnished with teak outdoor furniture – a dining table for six, comfortable lounge chairs, and six chaise lounges. On the outdoor terrace guests can laze in the sun, read in the shade, swim in the pool, dine, and have cocktails – all while overlooking spectacular views of the ocean, bay and mountains.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a profusion of tropical flowering plants, bushes and trees, including 8 kinds of palms.

Hibiscus Villa is the perfect place to enjoy an easy, relaxed vacation or as a base to easily see and enjoy the unspoiled beauty of Grenada.
