The home’s living room has vaulted ceilings and terrazzo tile floors, a family room, a dining room, and an outdoor screened in sitting area (lanai) with a beautiful heated pool. Also, has a gorgeous back yard filled with trees and flowers. AND, we’ve just added high speed and wireless Internet for guests who bring their laptop. The master bedroom is huge and has a king size bed and nice new (2005) furniture, and a TV set. The second large bedroom also has a king bed and a TV set. Our third bedroom has 2 queen beds that are also brand new. Our fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Our fifth bedroom has two twin beds.
Plus, we have an office with a queen sofa sleeper. And, the house has 3 other queen sleeper futon beds. Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets and all 3 bathrooms are full size and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination. Plus, our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. And, the back yard includes a very cool pool house with a bar, table, chairs and sofa where you can play cards. Plus, we even have electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines
This home is pet friendly and dog friendly. There is a wonderful fenced in backyard patio with fruit trees and a charcoal grill; unlike condo rentals, hotels or apartments, there is plenty of privacy and room for you! This Venice Florida rental beach house is also a short 2 block walk to the exclusive Golden Beach in Venice and a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 15 minute walk on the beach to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. It is also a close walk to the dog friendly beach – Brohard Paw Park.
