Villa Paradise is one of the most sought after properties on Anguilla. Sitting on 3.5 beautifully landscaped acres, this gated estate is one of the largest privately owned waterfront properties on the island with 350’ of sea front. It’s entrance drive is lined with stately palms and throughout the beautifully landscaped grounds are mature fruit trees and flowering tropical vegetation. The entire property is completely enclosed for the ultimate feeling of privacy.

Villa Paradise, with more than 7,000 square feet of fully air-conditioned living space, is surrounded by 10,000 square feet of decks and terraces. The very spacious living spaces on the ground and second level all have ocean views and every bedroom has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo. This fantastic house also offers a variety of exercise equipment in a wonderful circular gym with amazing views.

The 25′ x 50′ filtered sea-water swimming pool on the south side of the house sits close to the shoreline and is extremely private with a spectacular view of the Caribbean sea and St. Martin in the distance. In front of the house is a protected harbor with a boat dock and small beach as well as a reef for excellent snorkeling. 3 minutes away by boat is Sandy Point Beach for more fabulous snorkeling in a protected lagoon – very easy as Villa Paradise comes with its own motorized Zodiac.

Amenities
Daily continental breakfast, signing privileges at Cap Juluca, use of a motorized Zodiac, air conditioning throughout the house, wet bar, ceiling fans, Bose stereo system, DVD players, computer with Internet access, printer, fax machine, barbeque, hair dryers, linens and telephone. Bedrooms have flat screen TVs, stereo and DVD players. Guests are met upon arrival and are brought by taxi to the house.

3 – 6 Bedrooms with Bathrooms En Suite (Sleeps 6-12)
7 Palms is a beautifully designed new house on the Eastern end of Anguilla’s North Shore. Perched on a rocky point between Shoal Bay and Scilly Cay, it has over 250 ft of water frontage. From this wonderful location the ocean views are fantastic by day and later the sunsets are glorious. It’s also a great spot for watching sea turtles and whales as they migrate.

The entrance to 7 Palms is up a broad staircase and upon stepping through the front door, guests are instantly greeted by this magnificent view. Also welcoming them are the very nice maids  with trays of punch (with or without rum) and hors d’oeuvres. Décor throughout is designed in an island style with rattan and teak furnishings that are good-looking and very comfy. Wide graceful archways separate the main floor rooms, which flow effortlessly into one another. Both the living and dining rooms have been positioned to take advantage of the view and each opens to a sweeping terrace. Outdoor stairs go down to the lower level rooms and another terrace with a Jacuzzi and 24′ x 20′ fresh water infinity edge pool with a built-in ledge for sitting – perfect for gazing out to sea. From here more steps and a walkway through a tropical garden lead down to a terrace area near the water’s edge. There is good snorkeling just offshore. Anguilla has over 30 dazzling white sand beaches with postcard quality aqua water and 7 Palms is within two: a small, unnamed beach about 300 yds. away and Shoal Bay East, one of the prettiest in the Caribbean, about 900 yds.

Main Floor
Center

• Large living room with a soaring 18 foot tall exotic wood ceiling and doors opening to a terrace.

East Wing

• Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, big bathroom en suite with a big walk-in shower and a tub and doors opening to a porch. This very large room has incredible sea views – even while in bed.

West Wing

• Master bedroom with a king-sized bed and huge bathroom en suite with a tub and shower. This equally large room also has a beautiful view of the sea.
• Bedroom with a queen-sized bed and good sized bathroom en suite with a shower. This spacious room also has sea views.

Lower Floor

• Entertainment room with a large Sony TV with satellite, cable and DVD and a stereo with CD
• Entertainment bedroom (named for its location) is a versatile room, which can also be used as a 6th bedroom as it has a queen- sized bed and bathroom en suite with a shower.
• Infinity bedroom has a king-size bed and large bathroom en suite with a shower. From the bed, one has an incredible view of the pool and sea.
• Grotto bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom en suite with a shower

Notes

• First arriving guests are met at either the airport or ferry and escorted to the house where a rental car can be waiting. Guests will also be driven back to the airport or ferry.
• 7 Palms may be rented as a 3, 4, 5 or 6 bedroom house. Prices are according to the amount of bedrooms used.

Distances
The airport is about 5 miles and food shops and restaurants are less than 2 miles. There is an authentic French Bakery a short walk from the house for delicious fresh croissants and pastries.
