Built in 2002, Casa Bella Vista was designed to capture its magnificent view of San Miguel de Allende, one of the most beautiful and charming colonial cities in Mexico. Perched on the top of a hill in an area known as Ojo de Agua and facing northwest, this very attractive and comfortable house is almost 4,700 square feet and is a 15 minute walk down the Jardín, the main plaza. From every one of its large rooms and the roof terrace are spectacular views and at night, the twinkling lights below are magical.
Surrounding the house is a lush garden full of flowering plants, trees and shrubs and all of the bedrooms have views it. Adding to the charm is a stream, which spills into a small pond. There is also a smaller garden enclosed by trees and shrubs with two hammocks and a fire pit. Both offer a lovely, tranquil setting. Casa Bella Vista is a great house for a family and for those wanting to be in this historic city yet away from the hustle and bustle.
Ground Floor

Amenities
TVs, VCRs, a DVD player, 2 stereos, satellite television, computer with Internet service (a dedicated phone line), exercise equipment, dishwasher, icemaker, gas barbeque and a library of videos, CDs and books. As part of my service, I am happy to arrange roundtrip airport transfers, tours, day and shopping trips, advance grocery shopping, the first couple of meals at home and massages and fiestas (mariachis, piñatas etc.) at the house.
Staff
Maid five days and gardener twice a week.

Notes
Guests may use the house phone for local calls and Internet access. International calls will be deducted from the security deposit or billed to renter if the amount exceeds the security deposit. Guests may also borrow a cell phone and then buy phone cards.

Dolores Hidalgo is 30 minutes, León International Airport and Guanajuato are 1 hour and Mexico City is 3.5 hours.
