All villas offer a plethora of technological conveniences that are incorporated into each luxury villa to provide a sense of extravagance while offering ergonomic and economic advantages. The intelligence is evident from the start, as remote controlled sliding glass doors breeze opens at the push of a button to reveal the main property. A point to point laser security system is hidden on the grounds of each villa and itself can be activated or deactivated by a push of a button either remotely or from a central control a panel within the villas.

Other smart technology at C151 includes underwater speakers in the swimming pool, a fully integrated sound and lighting system that can be controlled by remote or through static switches mounted in each room, electric curtains and blinds, state of the art air conditioners, integrated bathtub Jacuzzi and automatic Toto toilets that not only raise their lids when someone walks in front of them but can also be programmed to remember an individual’s water pressure and seat temperate preferences.

It’s not only technology that makes a home smart; it is also about lifestyle and convenience. Hardwick House provides an ideal luxury family base for an extended visit to the Cotswolds. Situated in five acres of private parkland protected by electronic security gates it is a home-from-home to enjoy at your leisure. Take a swim in the heated pool situated in the historic walled garden, play a frame of snooker in the games room or just relax in the magnificent drawing room while you plan your excursion for the day. Hardwick House is located just to the north of Tewkesbury, England’s largest intact medieval town and just a few miles from Cheltenham, Centre for the Cotswolds. Take in a play at Stratford (Shakespeare’s birthplace), take a dip in the spa waters at Bath’s restored Roman Baths, visit the World-famous University city of Oxford or just tour the myriad of beautiful Cotswold villages – all less than a one hour drive away. To the west are the wonderful Welsh mountains – keen walkers should take a hike up to the top of Brecon Beacon – again less than an hour’s drive away. A week is simply not enough time to get the most out of what the Cotswolds have to offer!

The house itself was built in the 1860s to the very highest Victorian standards with 28-inch Cotswold stone walls and beautiful styling details. The Main House has been lovingly restored with original fireplaces, flocked wallpaper and chandeliers while the rooms retain their original generous proportions. The Cellar Apartment restoration was completed in early 2010 and combines period features with modern decoration, marble en-suite bathrooms, a separate living room and kitchen. The House and Cellar Apartment are available on a self catering basis and can be rented together or separately depending on the size of your party.

Overlooking the Common this double-fronted Victorian Townhouse is fantastic both for easy reach of the West End as well as southeast England. The house has been featured in many interior design magazines. It has seven bedrooms including a fabulous master suite with 20 foot bathroom and walk in shower area plus separate dressing room.

The enormous modern kitchen extension with sitting area features a five metre island unit – perfect for catering and can sit 16 or more for supper. The formal dining room can sit 16 or more and enjoys views over the common (park) opposite. For the summer months there is an outdoor eating area, gas barbecue and patio heater. The 34 foot living room has two fireplaces and a library area for relaxing.

There are six double bedrooms with double beds, one single bedroom and a large bedroom with two single beds and optional pull-out beds and mattresses for additional guests.

This Luxury Camps Bay Villa is something very special and has to be sampled to be believed! The ‘Grande Dame’ of Camps Bay is one of the last remaining original residences and was built in 1920. It nestles in a prime position just above the sea with exclusive Barley Bay beach directly below the house and just a stroll to famous Camps Bay beach. This luxurious self-catering accommodation will lift your spirits and refresh your soul with its amazing surrounding mountain and ocean scenery and the sound of the crashing waves on the rocks, exhilarating.

Externally, the house has been restored to her former glory and internally, she has had a complete make-over from the kitchens and en suite bathrooms down to the travertine floors. The elegance of the original sash windows and architraves expertly blend the old with the new.

The self-catering accommodation upstairs level has three bedrooms all en-suite. The two main Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds, the finest percale linen, and ocean views and the added feature of large baths opening up into the bedrooms. The third bedroom (two singles that, on request, can be made up into a king-sized bed) has its own private patio with views of the sea and mountain as well as a secluded outdoor Victorian bath in the garden! The modern open plan, fully equipped kitchen looks through the sitting room with fireplace, to the glass enclosed balcony which can be opened up completely to bring the sea and mountains into the house! The kitchen also leads onto an elegant dining room with beautiful eight-seater Victorian table plus piano! From the dining room you step out onto the pool deck which is perfect for entertaining or a dip in the crystal clear pool which overlooks the sea not 30 m away!

The Villa was built in the 20th century by one of the colorful former owners of the property, an author on the origins of man. The Villa can only be fully appreciated from the lake, as it appears to be an extension of the 20′ high stone walls that encase the property.

This fantastic villa was designed to give all guests lake-facing views from their bedrooms. There are three suites with queen-sized beds, one with twin beds and two single bedrooms. All beds have goose-down pillows and comforters together with the finest quality Italian cotton linens.

The gardens of the villa are set out beautifully on two levels. Each of the levels are shaped by imposing 20 foot high, 250 year old stone walls. Leaning over the garden balustrade, guests can look north towards the ancient village of Torno with its colorful piazza and villas or the the south towards the bright colors of the cutting garden, Versace’s Villa and to the town of Como.

You are welcome to use the entire estate exclusively when renting the Bellini, the main house/castle will not be shared during your stay, this means you are allowed to use the grounds and pool exclusively.

Villa “Il Canto” (160sqm) is located in the small medieval village of Casale, situated in the heart of the Tuscan Apennines, immersed in the enchanting Tuscan countryside and surrounded by panoramic views of the Casentinesi and Mugello Forests National Park.  The ideal place to spend your holidays in full relaxation and enjoy long walks along the trekking trails amongst chestnut and beech trees.

The elegant villa has recently been tastefully refurbished. The property is composed of the villa, which accommodates 6 people, a delightful dependence, which can accommodate an additional 3 people, laundry room, an outdoor pool and a fitness room which is accessible from the garden. The property is characterized by a small private consecrated chapel, a spacious furnished veranda, ideal for outdoor lunches, a wood stove, a BBQ and a fountain from which you can drink the fresh spring water of Ortale. The pool, gym and surrounding garden are for exclusive use of the guests. The pool can be used from April 20, 2010 to October 5, 2010. The villa is fitted with autonomous heating. A baby cot is available upon request.

Just a few kilometres away you can visit the birth town of Giotto and Cimabue, the Etruscan archaeological excavations and Dicomano is only 10 minutes away where you can find shops, supermarkets and banks. From Dicomano’s small train station you can comfortably take a train directly to Florence’s city center in just 30 minutes, saving yourself all the cities’ hassle of traffic and parking.  Lake Bilancino is only 20km away and the endless long beaches of the Adriatic coast are 140km away.
