Hibiscus Villa is a luxurious new home designed to enjoy Caribbean living inside and out in lovely, unspoiled Grenada. The villa is beautifully designed and furnished with tropical-style décor and architecture. Outside, the villa has spacious terraces and a large saline pool. Spectacular views of the ocean, bay and mountains can be seen inside and out. Guests at Hibiscus Villa can enjoy relaxed, luxurious Caribbean living in their own private villa.

Hibiscus Villa is ideal for groups, families, couples and honeymooners – private and romantic. The first 3 guests so far at the new villa (finished Summer 2009) all used the same word – “fabulous!”

Hibiscus Villa’s main floor has a large, open living area with three sets of French doors open to the terrace, allowing guests to enjoy the spectacular views right from the villa. As the owner’s hobby is gourmet cooking, the spacious kitchen is well outfitted. A dining table seats eight.

There are two master bedrooms, each with a king bed and French doors opening to its own deck to enjoy the beautiful views, and at opposite ends of the house for privacy. The third bedroom has a queen bed. All three bedrooms have a full private bath, ceiling fan, and a.c., and are upstairs from the living area – private and quiet. A day bed and trundle in the study provides additional beds for older children or smaller adults.

Hibiscus Villa has a spacious outdoor terrace of lovely coral stone with a large (32’) saline pool, both sunny and shaded areas, and privacy from neighbors. It is comfortably furnished with teak outdoor furniture – a dining table for six, comfortable lounge chairs, and six chaise lounges. On the outdoor terrace guests can laze in the sun, read in the shade, swim in the pool, dine, and have cocktails – all while overlooking spectacular views of the ocean, bay and mountains.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a profusion of tropical flowering plants, bushes and trees, including 8 kinds of palms.

Hibiscus Villa is the perfect place to enjoy an easy, relaxed vacation or as a base to easily see and enjoy the unspoiled beauty of Grenada.

Quinta das Oliveira is situated within a 14,000 msq plot of land on top of a hill with an air-conditioned living space of 400 msq. This stunning 4 bedroom property has wonderful panoramic views over the Algarve coast and Atlantic Ocean. The villa is situated just 20 minutes from Vilamoura golf course and Faro airport.

The entrance hall with tiled floors looks through to the living room with fireplace, this room is equipped with a wide screen TV, DVD and has double doors facing south which lead out onto the main terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

There is dining inside for 8 or meals may be taken out onto the terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an outside stairway which provides access down to the cinema room and a separate games annex.

This villa is located near Santa Babara de Nexe which is delightfully situated in an elevated location and enjoys spectacular views towards Vilamoura in one direction and Tavira in the other. You are just a few minutes drive from Loule, a charming inland town which was once a Roman settlement and where the remains of a ruined castle can still be seen in the old quarter. An indoor market is held here 6 days a week, which is excellent for fish fruit and vegetables.

This stunning 5 bedroom property with heated swimming pool has wonderful 360° panoramic views over the Algarve and the Atlantic Ocean. It can accommodate up to 10 adults and is set in a very quiet location. It is a large property with a living space of 660m2 (7100 sq. ft.) and spacious terraces and pool area to allow you to dine outside. Casa Seis Fuentes is an absolutely beautifully renovated 300-year old casa with original three-foot thick adobe walls. Its location, only three blocks from the Jardín, the main square, is perfect as it offers guests an easy walk to many shops and restaurants. Casa Seis Fuentes is spacious and bright and throughout this wonderfully decorated house are many antique furnishings. Everything has been done to ensure guests’ comfort and all the very nicely appointed bedrooms have a bathroom en suite, TV, separate volume control for the house stereo system, mini kitchen, fireplace and a private terrace. Other terrific features include a home theatre with a huge screen, fully equipped exercise room, a wine cellar and a lovely rooftop terrace with spectacular 360-degree views of the city and comfy chairs around a table under a pergola. House managers (English speaking), Carlos, the wonderful English
speaking houseman, cook, two
maids, gardener and two night watchmen. They work six days weekly
and are off Sundays. The staff will prepare and serve breakfast and
guests have a choice of either lunch or dinner.

• Heating for the pool is included.

• The price of food and beverages is not included in the rental price. The weekly
  cost is about $150 to $175 per person. It’s best to
  advance Carlos enough money for 2-3 days shopping at time. He will give you the bill, which will include any taxi charges for
  shopping.
• For Sunday arrivals, as the staff is off, there is no dinner service
  but welcome hors d’oeuvres and drinks are provided.
• There are two small residents at the house: Alice, a very
  private rabbit, and Claudio, a very social and friendly miniature
  rooster.

Built in 2002, Casa Bella Vista was designed to capture its magnificent view of San Miguel de Allende, one of the most beautiful and charming colonial cities in Mexico. Perched on the top of a hill in an area known as Ojo de Agua and facing northwest, this very attractive and comfortable house is almost 4,700 square feet and is a 15 minute walk down the Jardín, the main plaza. From every one of its large rooms and the roof terrace are spectacular views and at night, the twinkling lights below are magical.

Surrounding the house is a lush garden full of flowering plants, trees and shrubs and all of the bedrooms have views it. Adding to the charm is a stream, which spills into a small pond. There is also a smaller garden enclosed by trees and shrubs with two hammocks and a fire pit. Both offer a lovely, tranquil setting. Casa Bella Vista is a great house for a family and for those wanting to be in this historic city yet away from the hustle and bustle.

Like most houses in this beautiful and small 16th century city, The Treehouse is hidden behind a high stone wall but unlike most, it’s recently been built. Designed by Norman Lacayo, this very stylish casa is one of five houses tucked away in a tiny gated enclave. Mr. Lacayo, a renowned architect, integrated the property’s existing ancient trees into the design and then surrounded each house on three sides with lush gardens and lovely landscaping. The location is ideal too – about 100 yards from both the Hotel Sierra Nevada and the charming and still used Lavandería, one block from El Parqué de Benito Juárez and four blocks from El Jardín, the main plaza. The Treehouse, which has been included on several house and garden tours, also has fantastic views of the city and countryside.

From the first floor entrance, stairs lead past a large tree, incorporated into the design, to the second floor where the three bedrooms all open onto a patio and water garden. The very chic master bedroom overlooks the front entrance while the guest rooms are across the terrace and up a couple of steps. The third floor, which really exemplifies the house’s name, features a dramatic and large living room built on two levels and a wonderful ramada, an indoor/outdoor entertainment area. This large treetop terrace is an idyllic setting with breathtaking views of San Miguel and sensational sunsets.

Numerous wrought iron doors and windows bring the outdoors in and the very comfortable furnishings are a flawless mix of contemporary and local antiques. Complete attention to detail has been paid and the interiors are in perfect harmony with the overall design of the house and surrounding foliage. This unique property, which even has an elevator, offers complete privacy in a serene haven.
